Dr. Eng. A. Mohsen Zeneldin

Chairman & Founder

Electrical engineer and infrastructure development expert with more than 40 years of experience across power, telecommunications, water and industrial projects. Founder and leader of both public and private sector organizations, he has delivered large-scale projects in Syria and internationally.

Career

  • 1978–1987

    Director General & Founder — General Company for Electrical Works and Telecommunications (Syrianet)

    Founded and led the only state company specialized in executing power and telecommunication projects in Syria. As Director General he was responsible for executing more than 20,000 km of transmission lines, alongside nationwide telecom infrastructure.

    Energy Sector Advisor — Ministry of Housing, Syria

    Provided technical consultation on energy infrastructure planning and development.

    Independent Consultant & Contractor

    Led consulting and construction projects across the energy, telecommunications and industrial sectors.
